     International law firm Bird & Bird LLP appoints Eric Charvillat as a partner in the Banking and Finance practice, based in Paris. This arrival forms part of the firm’s ongoing development strategy and will help to meet the needs and expectations of clients.

     Eric joins from LatournerieWolfromAvocats, where he has been a partner for over six years. Prior to that, he developed his career in some of France’s most distinguished institutions specialised in public sector financing, including the SociétéGénérale in Paris.

     He specialises in banking and finance law with a focus on project finance. He advises on all types of finance matters for both public and private projects. He regularly assists on structured financial transactions including the leasing and financing of public and private entities as well as banking regulations for enterprises.

     Alexandre Vuchot and Benjamine Fiedler, Co-heads of Bird & Bird France say: “We are very pleased to welcome Eric to Bird & Bird.
