Developers in Hammersmith are now offering Part Exchange deals and Stamp Duty paid on four of its contemporary apartments. Bellway Homes is offering to pay Stamp Duty on homes at Bentley Place, when reserved before the 31st July, giving first-time buyers, young professionals and downsizers more affordability.

The two bedroom apartments are located in Bute Gardens, a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle yet near enough for an easy commute into the capital, at its boutique-style development. The layouts at Bentley Place have been carefully considered to make the best use of natural light and space throughout. The Bute Palace apartment-type is a classic example of a two-bedroom apartment, priced from £799,995, and is offered with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, integrated kitchen appliances, en suite and fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom and a Juliet balcony.

All of the four apartments remaining at the development are available to buy through Part Exchange, which enables homeowners to trade in their home as part payment for a new build property with no estate agency fees to pay, and sellers can stay in their home until their brand-new home is ready to move into. Kevin Bowles, Sales Manager at Bellway North London, comments: “We want to take away the hassle of moving. Selling an existing property can sometimes take a long time and people often miss out on their dream home, while Part Exchange takes the pain of being stuck in a laborious property chain away, having the stamp duty paid will also free up movers’ money so they have more to spend on furnishing their new homes. With only four apartments left we urge interested buyers to come and see for themselves how ideally placed our development is.”

Situated in the heart of Hammersmith, the apartments are only a short walk away from Hammersmith underground station, which offers direct and regular services into Liverpool Street, Monument and the north, great for the work commute. For those buyers that travel internationally, Heathrow Airport,is 13 miles drive or a 30-minute train journey.

Hammersmith is a popular area due to its plethora of bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping centres and entertainment. The development is also close to the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Brook Green, desirable Brackenbury Village and Ravenscourt Park that boasts enticing green open spaces, as well as attractive landscaping, a range of wildlife habitats and an excellent array of leisure facilities.
