Roche CEO Thomas Schinecker told Handelsblatt the company aims for a double‑digit share in the weight‑loss market and to rank among the top three, seeking to close the gap on dominant rivals like Novo Nordisk.
BERLIN, March 3 (Reuters) - Swiss pharmaceutical company Roche is aiming for a double-digit market share in the weight loss market and wants to close the gap on its Danish rival Novo Nordisk, its CEO told Germany's Handelsblatt business daily.
"We expect to be among the top three in the market at the very least," Roche Chief Executive Thomas Schinecker said in an interview with the newspaper published on Tuesday.
