Paragon has launched a case management app for brokers to use via their iphone. The bespoke portal and app was designed by iState Systems and follows on from iState’s launch of its broker portal, which it launched for lenders last month.

Paragon’s new iphone app – CaseTracker- is available for iPhone and iPad users, with an Android version coming shortly. CaseTracker, based upon the Apprivo platform, enables brokers to manage their Paragon Mortgage and Mortgage Trust buy-to-let applications on the move. Like all iState Systems designed apps, it is fast and simple to use.

Brokers can log in with the same username and password they use to submit a buy-to-let mortgage application online, and they can view an up-to-date list of pre-offer applications and outstanding tasks. The broker can select an account with just one touch to look at what is outstanding on a case-by-case basis.

Paragon’s CaseTracker enables the broker to respond to an outstanding task via their iphone or ipad. If there is something that cannot be resolved instantly, the broker can call or email Paragon’s Customer Relationship Team at the touch of a button.

Barry Yager, founder and director of iState Systems says, “Paragon was very keen to expand its proposition by providing its brokers with a quicker, easier and more transparent way of doing business with them, so we designed the CaseTracker app in such a way that brokers can complete a case or move it along even when they are out of the office.

“The smart phone is something we almost all carry with us all of the time, and so this portal makes it easy for a broker to see where they are with a case, what is needed to move it along and, importantly, it also enables them to send information and take action simply and quickly with the touch of a button on their mobile.”

Paul Clampin, Director of Underwriting at Paragon says, “Most brokers are handling different mortgage applications at the same time, so we have worked with iState Systems to make it as easy as possible for them to keep completely up-to-date on case progress even when they are on the move and without the need to be linked up to a laptop.

“iState’s technology enables us to update brokers in real time through CaseTracker, so they know the progress of individual applications and any outstanding tasks whenever they need it.

“CaseTracker enables intermediaries to view a case by account name or in order of outstanding tasks per application, they can see all current open tasks allowing intermediaries a quick and easy review of what needs to be done, what’s pending or what’s completed. It will also keep them up to date with information from the Paragon team, and allows them to respond or send additional details through to us.”

The app is available as a free download from the App Store for every broker registered as a Paragon broker. Brokers can register as a Paragon broker at:

To download the free secure CaseTracker app, simply search for ‘Paragon CaseTracker’ at the App store. A demonstration video is available on YouTube at:
