How to Find the MAC Address on Windows 10?

MAC Address stands for Media Access Control address. The address is a number which identifies the network adapters installed on your computer. For Windows 10:

If you’re using the Linux Operating system, you can also find the MAC Address by following few steps. In your system, Open terminal. If you can’t see it, try searching for Xterm, Shell, Command Prompt, or something similar in the Accessories folder in your Applications.

On the interface system, type “ifconfig -a” and press ENTER. If your access is denied, try inputting “sudo ifconfig -a” and then Enter the Password when prompted. After the processing is done, scroll down to find your network connection. In that section, look for “HWaddr” entry. This will be your MAC Address.
