The presentation will explore how the use of conversational AI is redefining the BMO customer experience and how initial findings are driving the next phase of the technological evolution of BMO Bolt™. Additional insights include deployment best practices and lessons learned based on customer interactions.

Finn-AI-2BMO has been an amazing partner in this first phase of their conversational AI deployment with Finn AI.
