Finn AI to present at inaugural Finovate AI Fintech Summit

Co-founder and CEO of leading conversational AI technology company to share collaboration and deployment best practices with bank partner, Bank of Montreal (BMO)

Finn AI, the award-winning, conversational AI for banking technology provider, today announced it will present at the newly-formed AI Fintech Summit at the Finovate Fall 2018 conference in New York.

The presentation will take place on September 27th at 11:00am ET.

Sumit Sarkar, Head of Customer Experience and Strategy, Personal Banking at BMO will co-lead the session, entitled “Case Study: Mastering the Art of Conversational AI in Banking with the Bank of Montreal (BMO)”, with Finn AI co-founder and CEO, Jake Tyler.

The presentation will explore how the use of conversational AI is redefining the BMO customer experience and how initial findings are driving the next phase of the technological evolution of BMO Bolt™. Additional insights include deployment best practices and lessons learned based on customer interactions.
