PRAGUE (Reuters) -The winning parties in a Czech election, led by billionaire Andrej Babis's populist ANO party, plan to keep budget deficits under EU rules, cap the retirement age and ensure cheaper energy, media reported on Friday, citing an agreed government agenda.
