    Originally commencing business in 1997, BMT started operations with two offices in Sydney and Newcastle. Shortly after, demand from investors in Victoria and Queensland led to offices opening in Melbourne and Brisbane. In recent years, the amount of return clients investing in property throughout Australia has led to offices opening in Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart and Perth, along with two additional Queensland offices in Cairns and on the Gold Coast. Staff numbers have also grown accordingly over the years and BMT now has over 160 full time staff employed throughout Australia.

    With a proven record for reliable and accurate tax depreciation schedules, BMT has been involved in a wide range of projects, working with Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Accountants and Property Investors alike. Our scope of depreciation services encompasses a broad spectrum of property types including residential, commercial, government, engineering and industrial.

    To deliver the best quality depreciation schedules to our clients, BMT are affiliated with the major Australian industry associations.
