Originally commencing business in 1997, BMT started operations with two offices in Sydney and Newcastle. Shortly after, demand from investors in Victoria and Queensland led to offices opening in Melbourne and Brisbane. In recent years, the amount of return clients investing in property throughout Australia has led to offices opening in Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart and Perth, along with two additional Queensland offices in Cairns and on the Gold Coast.
