Walliance Joins the Digital Transformation in Real Estate Debate at FUTURE: PropTech

The first Italian equity crowdfunding platform will be lending its expertise at the innovative FUTURE: PropTech conference in May in London. Walliance, which is dedicated to helping raise funds for a range of exciting real estate projects, will be showcasing how technology can help get the lifecycle of property development kickstarted, transforming the market and helping meet demand.

Walliance is a first of its kind crowdfunding option that is registered with the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB), authorising the platform to raise online capital. It’s set to become a vital tool for developers and project managers keen to raise finance to get ambitious projects off the ground. With the ability for investors to lend their support starting from just €500, it’s an accessible and appealing way for savers to maximise their return. The combination of benefits for both parties has led to Walliance playing an integral role in real estate projects.

Giacomo Bertoldi, CEO of Walliance, said, “Technology is influencing almost every aspect of the real estate market in some way, we’re demonstrating how it’s opening up more opportunities to get vital projects off the ground. From contemporary, new build apartment blocks to renovation work that gives buildings a new lease of life, Walliance can be used to unlock funding at competitive rates for both sides of the arrangement. It’s a win-win solution.

“This year’s FUTURE: PropTech theme – Digital Transformation Throughout the Property Lifecycle – is the ideal platform for showing how our tech innovations can provide support right at the initial stage and setting projects up for success. We’re looking forward to engaging with other experts across the centre to learn how others are utilising technology to push the boundaries of what the industry can achieve.”

The conference is divided in three separate tracks, allowing delegates to focus their attention on the areas that are most relevant to them. Walliance will be part of the innovation track (stand #21), taking part in a variety of conversations, including a speech at 4:30pm on the Presentation stage.

FUTURE: PropTech takes place on 2nd May 2018 in London at the Business Design Centre on Upper Street.
