Visa Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend, Increases Dividend Rate by 19%, and Announces Record Date for the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) today announced that on October 16, 2018, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of class A common stock (determined in the case of class B and C common stock and series B and C convertible participating preferred stock on an as-converted basis), payable on December 4, 2018, to all holders of record as of November 16, 2018.

In addition, the board of directors approved the November 30, 2018 record date for the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on January 29, 2019.
