In tandem with this stock-for-stock transaction, Subsentio has named Counter Link president Dr. Glen Myers a member of Subsentios Board, a group of eight counselors and investors chosen for their decades of senior experience in the global telecommunications industry.

As a long-standing leader in the lawful intercept sector and chair of the ATIS committee on lawfully authorized electronic surveillance, Glen Myers is an important addition to Subsentios Board, said Rich Grange, a 30-year veteran of the telecom industry and member of the Subsentio Board. Whole generations of lawful intercept experts have learned their craft from Dr. Myers, and today use the very standards he has helped develop.
Prior to Counter Link, Dr. Myers was CEO of IP Fabrics, a company producing interception solutions, and was founder and CEO of RadiSys, Inc. Earlier in his career he held senior positions at Intel and IBM. Dr. Myers has a PhD in computer science from New York University, and has authored eight texts on computer science and engineering.
