Reliant Bancorp, Inc. (Reliant Bancorp) (Nasdaq: RBNC), the parent company for Reliant Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share. The $0.08 per share dividend is payable on October 19, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 9, 2018.
The cash dividend represents a 33% increase in our cash dividend per share compared with the same quarterly dividend paid last year, stated DeVan D. Ard, Jr., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. The increase in our cash dividend since last year highlights Reliants strong cash flow from operations and long-term financial performance. We continue to build long-term shareholder value through our cash dividend program.
