PVH Corp. (NYSE:PVH) Chairman and CEO Emanuel Chirico received the Committee for Economic Developments (CED) Leadership Award at the annual Distinguished Performance Awards Dinner on September 26.
The award ceremony recognized six business leaders who have demonstrated strong leadership in their companies and the communities in which they operate.
Mr. Chirico accepted the CED Leadership Award before an audience of approximately 500 business, civic and policy leaders in New York City. He was honored for his exceptional record of service as a CED Trustee and for his contributions to the organizations policy research and outreach and impact programs.
My role as a CED Trustee is one that I value and genuinely enjoy. Im so proud to have the opportunity to contribute to this incredible organization thats spearheading reliable research, advocating through outreach and impact programs, and really making a difference where it matters, said Mr. Chirico in his remarks. As our world rapidly changes around us, now more than ever we need to come together to enact better policies – regardless of politics.
