SAN DIEGO, Oct. 10, 2018 — Perceptyx, the leading people analytics and employee survey provider for 20% of the Fortune 100, announced today that it has expanded its product management team by welcoming Mike Howard. Mike joins the team as Senior Product Manager and Architect and will help guide key product innovations as Perceptyx continues to grow rapidly. While at Microsoft, Mike led the company’s annual all-employee survey, MS Poll, and was instrumental in creating programs like their always-on feedback system, Daily Pulse, which delivers real-time data from Microsoft’s 120,000 employees to senior leaders and executives on an on-demand basis.
“For much of my career running survey programs for large companies, I’d been frustrated with the available technology, until I found Perceptyx. Their emphasis on modernizing survey and reporting technology to include features such as real-time reporting and elegant, intuitive user interfaces have vastly improved the end-user experience. Working at Microsoft, this was particularly important as our users are very tech savvy and expect modern applications,” says Howard. “I’ve always loved coming up with new ideas for survey products; I’m excited to join the team at Perceptyx to help bring more of them to life as they continue to innovate new solutions to meet the challenges of tomorrow.”
Mike will join a growing and diverse team of software architects, data scientists, and product managers led by Dan Harrison, Ph.D., Director of Innovation at Perceptyx. “We’re excited to have Mike on the team. Based in Seattle, Mike will also contribute to Perceptyx’s thought leadership position through writing and speaking engagements. His next speaking engagement will be at Perceptyx’s regional Insights event in London, where he will share his experience of delivering continuous listening at massive scale.
