WHO: John Kelly, Principal Business Advisor at Edifecs, is a nationally recognized health information exchange expert. Mr. Kelly provides strategic consulting to Edifecs customers, specializing in information exchange and applying the principles of supply chain integration to the healthcare delivery lifecycle.
