Moore Stephens Advises Webcredible On Sale To Inviqa To Grow UX Capabilities
London-based experience design agency Webcredible has been acquired by digital consultancy and software design agency Inviqa
Moore Stephens, the Top Ten accountancy and advisory firm, has advised Webcredible Limited, a leading London-based experience design agency, on its sale to Inviqa. The acquisition helps Inviqa to expand its customer and user experience capabilities in response to client demand, while Inviqa adds an improved development capability for Webcredible’s clients.
Led by Partner Damian Ryan and Senior Manager Victoria Kiess, Moore Stephens’ Corporate Finance team acted as exclusive advisor to Webcredible throughout the sale process, including; the preparation of an information memorandum on Webcredible, identification and approach to potential acquirers, solicitation and negotiation of offers through to the successful completion of the company sale.
