Hungary’s MOL and its Slovak subsidiary Slovnaft have formally complained to the European Commission’s competition authority, accusing Croatian pipeline operator Janaf of abusing its dominant position by imposing new, unwarranted conditions and pricing that jeopardize access to non‑Russian crude.
WARSAW/BUDAPEST, March 4 (Reuters) - Hungary's MOL and its Slovak unit Slovnaft reported Croatian oil pipeline operator Janaf to the European Commission's Directorate General for Competition on charges of abuse of a monopoly position, MOL said on Wednesday.
