Maine Information Network (MIN), the State of Maines premier digital government services partner, was recognized as the Best Place to Work in Maine under the Best Small Company (15-49 U.S. employees) category at an award ceremony on Tuesday, October 9th, hosted by Maine Society for Human Resource Management.
The Best Place to Work in Maine competition is an annual initiative designed to recognize Maines best employers. Information is gathered through a multi-page benefits and policies questionnaire, as well as an Employee Engagement and Satisfaction survey. The data gathered from these questionnaires was then analyzed to determine the strengths and opportunities of the participating companies.
