Baker Donelson has added Kristine E. Nelson to the Firm’s Memphis office as a member of the Health Care Litigation Group.

Ms. Nelson joins the Firm as of counsel and has significant experience in health care liability defense, commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and insurance defense. She represents health care providers, including physicians, medical practice groups, and medical institutions in defending all phases of lawsuits alleging health care liability in federal and state court. Ms. Nelson’s practice also focuses on counseling and litigation on behalf of employer clients in the area of labor and employment. She is experienced in representing employers in labor and employment matters pending before the EEOC and in federal court. Ms. Nelson is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations.
