INTELLIGENT ENVIRONMENTS: CONNECTING MONEY TO PEOPLE®Published : 11 years ago, on
Nature of Business:
It’s not about mobile banking, tablet banking or online banking, financial consumers do not use a single channel preference; they want to interact through any and all digital channels. We, Intelligent Environments, develop Interact™ a Digital Banking platform which enables easy financial transactions and servicing across all digital channels, from apps to browsers, tablets to phablets.
For over 15 years we have been at the heart of the digital operations of a number of tier one financial institutions, retailers and telecoms providers, including Lloyds TSB Group, The Home Retail Group and O2. We work closely with our clients to ensure their customers receive an exceptional, optimised and consistent digital banking experience, regardless of the number and type of channels being used.
Interact™ provides the capability for financial consumers to apply for new products and manage their relationship; including servicing their accounts, making enquiries, executing transactions or receiving marketing campaigns. Additionally our clients can be assured that all their digital banking servicing is delivered to a PCI DSS Level security standard.

Interact™
Interact™ delivers via any channel and any device – iOS/Android smart phones and tablets, browsers, desktops, smart TVs, social networks and beyond. This means our clients will deliver omni-channel interactivity through just the one platform, plus our clients can manage their customers through a single dedicated management console – the Interact Hub™.
As well as being a valuable tool for financial consumers, Interact™ is a key touch point for the brand. That’s why we offer a suite of user interface designs that allow our clients to configure the software to meet their customers’ exact demands whilst accommodating a unique brand identity. Additionally by removing the need for bespoke software, offering a single point solution, and working with existing back office systems, Interact™ will significantly reduce operational costs.
Furthermore, Interact’s future-proof design will adapt to operating system upgrades and new devices – ensuring our clients product portfolios, and eco system, evolve effortlessly.
