She works across a broad range of sectors and industries, including software, internet, life sciences, retail, telecommunications, hardware, and energy and clean technology. Mayon represents both corporations and investment banks in IPOs and complex capital markets transactions. She also advises late-stage private companies on the IPO process and represents public companies in corporate governance matters and reporting obligations.
