Omar will help us scale successfully as we put key processes and procedures in place for effective cross-functional operations, as well as ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and strategic partnerships.
Qassom brings nearly 25 years of hospital, healthcare and EMS experience to ESO. Most recently, he was the Chief Operations Officer for Nix Healthcare System, overseeing the emergency room, surgery and cath lab, as well as the overall inpatient and outpatient facility operations across multiple campuses. Prior to Nix Healthcare System, Qassom was the Director of Operations and Development for the Gulf Coast Division of HCA. He started his healthcare career as a communications manager with Montgomery County Hospital District and a senior dispatcher and EMT with Cypress Creek EMS.
