DroppTV partners with Black Swan Textiles to revolutionize the customer experience across e-commerce

Shoppable media platform, DroppTV has today announced its partnership with Black Swan Textiles, a digitalization consultancy in the apparel industry, that will see both firms integrate their respective services. In addition, the partnership will accelerate the growth and reach of DroppTV’s offering to Black Swan’s global portfolio of fashion and retail clients.

With the retail landscape more competitive than ever and brands searching for newer ways to engage with audiences, DroppTV is aiming to revolutionize e-commerce through the use of blockchain technology to enhance the customer experience beyond scrolling through online catalogues. Its partnership with Blackswan Textiles is the company’s first step in making this goal a reality.

DroppTV has created an advanced video analytic technology that allows any media to be instantly shoppable.

Using DroppTV’s free-to-subscribe platform, shoppers have the ability to see a product while watching any form of live or pre-recorded media and buy items instantly. Its offering looks to challenge the current media and e-commerce sectors by adding a unique interactive feature giving shoppers access to a seamless experience that connects them with any product or service from their favourite movie, comedy show or reality series with the click of a button.

DroppTV’s partnership with Black Swan is the first of many with more planned with global and independent brands, designers, TV networks and content providers. Earlier in August 2018, the company announced it has started working with ICO advisor Chaineum who will manage DroppTV’s ICO pre-sale in September and facilitate investment in its blockchain platform.
