At Microsoft, he continued as Managing Director of its Advertising and Publisher Solutions and was part of the leadership team that focused on product strategy and business development with Microsofts advertising partners.

Our long-term vision for Valor Worldwide is similar, but on a much larger scale. We aim to have a flywheel approach with, where we partner with businesses that have a vested interest in taking care of our military, so we can provide tangible, on-going benefits to veterans in need.

Marsh has spent more than 30 years working with the military community, both in his role as founder of West Coast Publishing and as an advocate and prominent supporter of veteran causes.

In 1995, he sold off most of his company and rebranded as West Coast Publishing, serving Alaska, Washington, Colorado and Arizona. In 2001, he sold the company in its entirety, but then ended up buying it back in 2011. He ran West Coast Publishing for the next 6 years, until it printed its last military directory in 2017.

An avid supporter of military and veteran-related causes, Marsh has been involved with more than 40 military affiliated organizations, including The American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, Operation Homefront, The Fisher House, Gold Star Wives of America, Heroes on the Water, and the National Alliance to End Veteran Suicide.
