Major projects:
PrivatBank
PrivatBank, the largest bank in Ukraine with every fourth citizen as its customer, whose processing centre is built on TranzWare, has achieved outstanding transaction processing results, recording almost 12 million transactions in one day. On 24 December 2012, the bank’s processing centre marked its peak transaction load at 456 transactions per second, 18,899 transactions per minute and more than one million transactions per hour.
EMPH
Emerging Markets Payments Holding (EMPH), the largest third party processing centre in Africa and leading processor in the MEA region, needed a change in software in order to keep up with its businesses growing demand. EMPH chose Compass Plus to implement and streamline this transition, obtaining a full set of Compass Plus’ processing products.
Moscow Industrial Bank
Moscow Industrial Bank (MInB) chose Compass Plus to help implement a new product called campus cards. Campus cards are contactless enabled smart cards that are issued as a tool for students, teachers and other University personnel to access information services and other resources available on campus as well as carry out traditional banking operations. In June 2013, more than 9,000 campus cards were actively in use. The project for MInB proved that, with the right business approach, contactless cards can not only benefit customers, but can also prove profitable for banks as well.
Multicarta
Multicarta, one of the largest third party processors in Russia, worked with Compass Plus to quickly implement a flexible product architecture and stable operation, which has transformed its self-service offering. Compass Plus helped Multicarta to improve cross-selling opportunities at the ATM, as well as, implement various functions usually available through their internet banking offering.
TransCreditBank
In 2007 the strategic partner of TransCreditBank and TransCreditCard, JSCo Russian Railways made the decision to sell railway tickets on the Internet. Compass Plus used its already successful relationship to integrate the TranzWare e-commerce platform.
