Winners of Best Company Outlook were determined based on a combination of two scores: 1) Outlook, which measures responses to questions such as, How confident are you about the future success of your company? and Are you typically excited about going to work each day? and 2) eNPS score (employee Net Promoter Score), which measures responses to the question, How likely are you to recommend working at your company to a friend? Outlook is rated on a 1-100 basis. eNPS is rated on a -100 to 100 basis, where -100 to -10 is a poor score, -10 to 20 is good/average, and anything above 20 is excellent.
