Engaging and motivating millennials contributes to their level of interest and desired commitment to the business. As a tax executive, it is good practice to take a strong interest in the development of the team since finding replacements is costly and time consuming. The aim of the presentation is to discover and explore:
- Techniques to analyze talent within the workforce
- Ways to compliment employee retention strategies to help keep top talent and maintain productivity
- Effective employee retention programs and measure the success
