Deliveroo has increased its annual profit forecast to £170-190 million, driven by higher transaction volumes. The DoorDash takeover is on track for a Q4 2025 completion.
(Reuters) -British food delivery group Deliveroo on Thursday forecast annual core profit of 170 million pounds to 190 million pounds ($227 million to $254 million), the upper end of its previous forecast range, as more orders on its platform boosted transaction volumes.
The London-listed company, which in May agreed a takeover by U.S. rival DoorDash, said the deal was proceeding in line with the expected timeline, with closing projected in the fourth quarter of 2025.
