Webuild and Hyundai Engineering & Construction (Hyundai E&C) have agreed via a new MoU to deepen their strategic collaboration in port, airport, defence infrastructure, and green energy, targeting North America and Asia‑Pacific with potential joint ventures under PPP, EPC, or Design & Build models.
March 17 (Reuters) - Webuild has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hyundai Engineering & Construction to strengthen their existing collaboration, Italy's largest construction group said on Tuesday.
The agreement opens a new phase in the industrial partnership, aimed at expanding the companies' presence in highly specialised segments, Webuild added.
