Vallourec's CFO Sascha Bibert will depart in December for a new role in Germany, with a successor already identified for a smooth transition.
(Reuters) -French tubular solution company Vallourec announced that its chief financial officer, Sascha Bibert, will leave the group in December to pursue an opportunity in Germany.
It added Bibert's replacement has already been identified and will take office in December after a transition period with the current finance chief.
