MOSCOW, April 7 (Reuters) - An overnight Ukrainian drone strike on Russia's Vladimir region killed a 12-year-old boy and his parents in their apartment, Alexander Avdeev, the regional governor, and local officials said.
The boy's 5-year-old sister survived the strike on the Alexandrovsky District in the west of the Vladimir region, but suffered serious burns and was being treated in hospital, local officials said.
