NEW YORK, April 10 (Reuters) - UBS is hiring Rahul Singla as Global Head of Financial Technology from Citigroup, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters.
Singla is expected to join in August, to be based in New York and report to Vik Hebatpuria. At Citi, the executive served as Head of North America Financial Technology, the memo said. An UBS spokesperson confirmed the contents of the memo.
UBS has been bookrunner on some recent fintech IPOs such as Klarna, Chime, Noba and eToro.
