ASE Technology forecasts its advanced packaging business to double to $3.2 billion by 2026, following a strong quarterly earnings report.
TAIPEI, Feb 5 (Reuters) - ASE Technology Holding, the world's largest chip packaging and testing provider, on Thursday said it expects its leading-edge advanced packaging business to double in size to $3.2 billion in 2026.
The Taiwanese company made the comment on a conference call following its quarterly earnings, which saw it report fourth-quarter revenue of T$177.9 billion ($5.62 billion), up 9.6% from a year earlier. It booked a 58% rise in net income.
