Regulatory compliance refers to the adherence of companies to laws, regulations, guidelines, and specifications relevant to their business processes. It ensures that organizations operate within the legal framework established by governing bodies.
E-commerce, or electronic commerce, is the buying and selling of goods and services over the internet. It includes various transactions such as online shopping, electronic payments, and internet banking.
A suspension process is a legal procedure where a business or entity is temporarily halted from operating due to non-compliance with regulations. This allows time for the entity to rectify issues before resuming operations.
