    London, UK: 9th February 2023: Adaptive streaming company, SeenThis, has launched a creative platform which enables clients to access its proprietary streaming technology to seamlessly build their own creatives; maximising quality with no file size limitations, whilst reducing the carbon emissions associated with digital advertising.
