    Sirius XM taps PVH's finance chief Zac Coughlin

    Coughlin's Transition to Sirius XM

    (Reuters) -Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein parent PVH'schief financial officer, Zac Coughlin, will be leaving at the end of the year to join audio entertainment company Sirius XM <SIRI.O>, the companies said in separate statements on Tuesday. 

    Background and Experience

    Coughlin will be replacing Tom Barry at Sirius XM as CFO from the start of next year. Barry has held the position for two years. 

    PVH's Interim CFO Appointment

    At PVH, company veteran Melissa Stone will take on the role of interim CFO while the firm searches for a permanent chief.

    Impact on PVH and Sirius XM

    Before PVH, Coughlin served as the finance head and chief operating officer at DFS, a subsidiary of LVMH , and as CFO of Converse, a unit of Nike.  He also spent more than a decade in finance at Ford Motor Company.  

    PVH, which reported second-quarter results in August, also reaffirmed its third-quarter and annual forecast on Tuesday.
