The knowledge sharing conglomerate brought together 140+ illustrious thought leaders across 14 countries under one roof, for an evening of practical debates, keynotes, success stories, and thought leadership panels.

    Kapoor Singh, Manager-KPMG UAE Financial Services shared his views on Lending landscape in Middle East- “Retail banking in UAE & Middle East operate in highly competitive  & dynamic environment. With customer expectations changing due to disruptions around, banks need to focus more on customer experience management & services differentiation to stay relevant & reap rich dividends from the in long term perspective”.

    The Conclave agenda was broadly distributed into the Breakout Session and the Gala Event & Dinner.

    In the Breakout Session, boardroom discussions were conducted with senior industry leaders from the consultant community as Panelist namely- Rajesh Prasad- Director KPMG UAE Financial Services, SandeepSrivastava- Partner EY UAE Financial Services.
