Kevin joins as Director and Head of Deal Advisory and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge, having worked in senior finance roles in industry across a variety of sectors in the UK and US.
Since 2008, Kevin has focused his career solely on deal advisory, part owning a corporate finance boutique for nine years before joining Menzies LLP seven years ago and advises on deals varying in size from £2m to £150m. Kevin is skilled at advising and assisting business owners with valuing, selling and buying businesses along with all forms of debt and equity fundraising. Kevin project manages the transaction from the outset to completion and has a specialism in debt and equity backed management buyouts. He also offers strategic guidance to assist business owners exploit growth potential or turnaround distressed situations.
