Klippa Now Operates as Doxis as Part of a Unified Global Brand

March 30, 2026; Amsterdam: AI software company Klippa today announced that it will now operate under the Doxis brand, completing the next phase of its integration following the company’s acquisition by Doxis in March 2025.

Unifying Klippa fully with the Doxis brand aligns Klippa’s operations and platform with Doxis’ AI-first vision as The Document Intelligence Company. Over the past year, Klippa has embedded its technology into the wider Doxis Intelligent Content platform, enhancing its intelligent document processing and finance automation capabilities.

As part of the transition, Klippa DocHorizon will be known as Doxis AI.dp, the Intelligent Document Processing engine of the Doxis platform. Klippa SpendControl will be available under the new name Doxis SpendControl, supporting finance teams with automation for invoice processing, expense claims, and corporate card management.
