Italy is making progress on Pirelli's governance issues, with concerns over Sinochem's shareholding affecting US expansion plans.
MILAN (Reuters) -Italy's government is "on the right track" to find a solution to tyremaker Pirelli's governance issues, Italian Industry Minister Adolfo Urso said on Friday, as he visited a company facility in Milan.
Pirelli's Italian investor Camfin has complained that having China's Sinochem as its main shareholder was hindering U.S. expansion plans, as Washington is tightening restrictions on Chinese technology in the automotive sector.
