March 31 (Reuters) - Domino's Pizza Group said on Tuesday interim CEO Nicola Frampton has been appointed as its chief executive, tasked with steering the company's push into fried chicken to drive growth.
Frampton has served as interim CEO since November 2025 amid a strategy shift to address weak sales and rising costs, and previously held the role of chief operating officer for about four years.
"Having undertaken a thorough assessment of both internal and external candidates, the Board is clear that Nicola is the outstanding candidate to lead the business forward," Chair Ian Bull said, adding that she led Domino's "extremely effectively" as interim CEO.
Earlier this month, the British pizza chain said its annual underlying core profit was on track to meet market expectations.
