Deutsche Boerse is evaluating buyout options for the 20% ISS Stoxx stake held by General Atlantic, with no immediate decision pressure.
FRANKFURT (Reuters) -Deutsche Boerse is still evaluating "all alternatives" for the 20% minority stake of its ISS Stoxx business held by investor General Atlantic, including a buyout, CEO Stephan Leithner said on Tuesday.
"We are under no pressure to make a decision this year," he told analysts.
