Deloitte launches Future of Talent “HybridWorks” model in the Middle East
09 December, 2021 – Deloitte Middle East’s CEO, Mutasem Dajani, has announced that starting January 1, 2022, Deloitte in the United Arab Emirates will transition to a new working week from Monday to Friday.
The move is to continue to serve with excellence Deloitte’s UAE Public Sector clients that are adopting the new working week, and to facilitate stronger international business links and services for UAE-based and multinational firms in the country. Deloitte also seeks to be a top destination for UAE National talent seeking exceptional career development and growth in new areas of work, such as digital, cyber and many others.
Deloitte Middle East recently implemented its new “HybridWorks” model in the UAE and the wider Middle East, giving employees in the region the flexibility to manage their workplace presence. “HybridWorks” takes account of individual and personal preferences, fostering an inclusive culture that provides fair and equal opportunities for all. Dajani confirmed that the principles of this model will continue to guide UAE based people as they transition to the new working week.
Dajani said: “Our people’s preference to continue to have workplace flexibility is clear. Deloitte’s “HybridWorks” empowers our people to collaborate with their leaders to shape and design their working patterns, while facilitating purposeful workplace presence for “moments that matter” for team collaboration, training, and client meetings.
“HybridWorks” is designed to adapt quickly to labor and market developments and new future work innovations, utilizing continuous engagement and feedback in the months and years ahead.”
