of children dying in hot cars
was because they were forgotten by their caregivers. The MOD620 prevents this
type of casualty by efficiently detecting the presence and vital signs of
in-cabin occupants and sending the driver alerts if a child is left unattended

To build the premier in-cabin sensing
radar, bitsensing rearranged the hardware configuration and redesigned the
antenna. Powerful computing is achieved through the MCU making it possible for
radar data to be signal-processed and calculated. The MMIC transmits and
receives signals through electro-magnetic waves for detection while the antenna
is integrated with RF energy from the radar transmission line into the
propagation medium and vice versa. These components work together seamlessly

passenger presence and location. It can also detect in real-time the presence

The National Financial Plan Competition is organized through the IARFC for undergraduate students in a curriculum related to Financial Services and supported in part by IARFC members and corporate backers such as 2021 sponsors Money Concepts International, Envestnet MoneyGuide, and Northstar Wealth Partners.
This competition gives students an exercise in real-world practices – that of analyzing a client's financial situation and critically thinking a course of action. In many cases, professors have used this exercise as part of their curriculum. Participants were given a fictional case study of a family and an overview of their financial picture. From that data, teams were asked to produce a financial plan with recommendations for current and future action. “The IARFC national financial plan case study competition provides real world experience and professional networking for our students who want to become future professional,” confirms Dr. Luke Dean, Utah Valley University. “This case helps the students practice, develop, and improve their technical and interpersonal skill sets. It is probably the single most impactful assignment that happens in any of my classes.”

Specifically, Bonitas, in its report, stated, “We believe that AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc.'s (NASDAQ: UAVS) ('UAVS,' 'AgEagle,' or the 'Company') was a pump & dump scheme orchestrated by Alpha Capital Anstalt ('Alpha Capital'), AgEagle founder and former chairman Bret Chilcott and other UAVS insiders to defraud US investors.”
Further, the Bonitas report claimed, “In April 2020 rumor of a partnership between Amazon.com,Inc. & AgEagle was started by a promotional video uploaded to AgEagle's founder and former chairman Bret Chilcott's daughter's personal website and youtube account (the 'Promo Video'). Since then, a 54 page due diligence document has circulated on Reddit which at various times referenced the Promo Video and suggested that the AgEagle's partnership with Amazon was real.”
Additionally, the Bonitas report said, “We have found no evidence of any 'major e-commerce customer' or any drone technology credited to AgEagle other than reference to the Promo Video leaked by AgEagle's founder and former Chairman Bret Chilcott's daughter.”
The Bonitas report concluded. “In 4Q'20 an Amazon spokesperson disclosed to reporter Daniel McCoy of the Witchita Business Journal that Amazon specifically does not have any dealings with AgEagle whatsoever.”
Following this news, the Company's stock price fell 36.41% on February 18, 2021.
