Jim Napoli has 21 years of legal experience holding titles of Senior Counsel and/or Partner at three of the nations leading law firms: Seyfarth Shaw, Proskauer Rose and McDermott, Will and Emery. Currently, Jim Napoli serves as CEO of Medliminal.

Harry Fox has a well-established presence in the healthcare community, having held the positions of Chief Information Officer at Kaiser Permanente and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Mr. Fox is the current Chairman of the Board of Whitman-Walker Health System. He places a focus on strategic planning, information technology, business operations, and cybersecurity.

Douglas Jacobsen is a lifelong entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in cultivating successful enterprises. Mr. Jacobsen received his bachelors degree from UCLA and is a member of the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma.
