Joe Spadaford Joins AST as EVP, Chief Transformation Leader

Spadaford comes to AST with more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry and is a well-recognized and respected expert in the area of business transformation and operational excellence.

Throughout his distinguished career, Joe has combined a collaborative style of engagement with a highly-disciplined analytical process to create a climate of trust, positive energy and teamwork unique to corporate leadership teams, said Marty Flanigan, CEO of AST. Previously, Spadaford served as change leader for AXA Equitables Six Sigma program, called AXA Way. There he coached multiple business unit leaders on strategy, teamwork and operational execution to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
