Indegy to Discuss Security Implications of Modernization and IIoT on Plant Operations in ICSJWG Webinar

Indegy, a leader in industrial cyber security, today announced that Michael Rothschild will present a webinar hosted by the Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group (ICSJWG) on reducing risk from cyber threats in industrial operations on Monday, March 4, 2019.

Michael Rothschild, Senior Director of Product Management at Indegy, has more than 20 years of experience in IT security. Prior to his role at industrial security vendor Indegy, Michael worked in product management and marketing roles with Thales, RSA, SafeNet (now Gemalto), Dell, Juniper Networks and Radware.

Over the past several years, industrial operations have been transformed by the convergence of IT and OT and the emergence of new technologies used for asset management and operations, including cloud computing, mobile, Internet of Things (IoT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) devices. In this webinar, Michael will discuss the impact of this modernization on the integrity of industrial networks and explain how gaps in visibility, cyber security and controls are placing operations at risk. He will present best practices for reducing security risk, including the top five steps for protecting industrial operations that can also improve efficiencies and reduce operating costs.

Five Ways to Ensure the Integrity of Your Operations webinar will be delivered to your desktop. To RSVP, contact [email protected] via your work email and include your name, company, role (vendor, owner/operator, etc.), and sector affiliation by March 1, 2019.
