In this role, Glaisner’s research will focus on technology shifts, organizational pressures, and market conditions caused by the digital transformation of operational industries like manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, healthcare, and retail. Glaisners research will deliver actionable intelligence and thought leadership to organizations as they relate to the transforming business models that are driving the convergence of IT and operational technology.
As a former independent analyst, Glaisner brings a wealth of insights and knowledge on robotics and innovation strategies.
In his career, Glaisner has been an influencer in the robotics market, anticipating the rise of robotics in the business organization and aiding the development of key industry terms and roles such as Robotics as a Service (RaaS) and Chief Robotics Officer. Previous roles in sales and business development have provided him with hands-on experience in building revenue streams for small businesses and startups, as well as creating strategies and developing business for larger enterprises in the Fortune 50.
Glaisner holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and computer science from the Paris-Sud University. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at industry conferences and provides analysis for multiple media outlets including the L.A. Times, Huffington Post, and the China Times.
