Highpoint Virtual Academy Now Accepting Enrollments for 2019-2020 School Year


Highpoint Virtual Academy of Michigan (HVAM), a full-time online Michigan public school, welcomes students in kindergarten through twelfth grade (K-12) to enroll for the 2019-2020 school year.

Authorized by Mesick Consolidated Schools, HVAM is open tuition-free to all students who reside in Michigan.

Delivered entirely online, HVAM offers a personalized approach to learning, with rich, engaging curriculum designed to assist students who seek alternative pathways to education.

Virtual classes are taught by Michigan-licensed teachers who provide instruction during live online class sessions, and are available to students via phone, email, and one-to-one meetings.

HVAM offers a challenging academic program focused on college preparation. Students take a full course load in the core subjects of math, science, English language arts, history, art and music. Electives include world languages, as well as high school honors courses. HVAM also offers student clubs, in-person field trips and social gatherings to foster a sense of school community.

Students choose online school for a variety of reasons including advanced learning, a bullying-free environment, and the ability to support extracurricular pursuits or medical needs. HVAMs online platform gives students the opportunity to pursue their academic goals in a supportive environment and at an appropriate pace for their learning style.
